It was a 13 episode series that was chopped into this
this wa s a 5 episode series from 2020, somebody cropped it up and made it into this mess
How can Mira Furlan be in this? She died in 2021.

I was thinking the preview was giving off strong Babylon 5 vibes, then Bruce Boxlietner, Mira Furlan, and Bill Mumy are in the cast?!?! With Robertert Picardo and Doug Jones?!?! It looks like a terrible fan film, but I'm thinking I'll grab it anyway :-)
