In 1992 Chicago, a story of two young legends in their own right begins. As wide-eyed and imaginative best friends Malik and Eric traverse the city, looking to escape the mundaneness of school and the hardships of growing up in public housing, their unbreakable bond is challenged when tragedy shakes their community just as they are learning to fly.
@Fear_Of_BBC That is a generalization. Complaining about making stereotypes and making a generalization at the same time is sort of hypocritical. When these same comments are made about jews, does it bother you then? Why, because jews are generally white? Hate is hate - and this place is quite full of hate of all types. Best to get some thick skin if you are going to read the left column.
Not sure about other people here, but ignorant is ignorant, regardless of race. That being said, "We Grown Now", even said on purpose, makes others think you are uneducated idiots. I doubt Malcolm X or MLK would ever say "hey ya'll, we grown now". And there are plenty of white rednecks named Clevon this applies to as well. "Git Er Dun" and "Murika" sounds just as stupid.
