For best friends Becky and Hunter, life is all about conquering fears and pushing limits. But after they climb 2,000 feet to the top of a remote, abandoned radio tower, they find themselves stranded with no way down. Now Becky and Hunter's expert climbing skills will be put to the ultimate test as they desperately fight to survive the elements, a lack of supplies, and vertigo-inducing heights.
I love these supposedly horror films where a bunch of idiots do something stupid for the kicks and end up stranded. Seriously, it's not a horror, it's a comedy!
Entertaining stupid fun. It's basically 47 Meters Down but in a tower and instead of sharks there's vultures. This really should have called Two Thousands Feet Up.
Please don't overthink it. It will completely ruin the movie if you ask questions like "Why didn't she tie the robe on the ladder?" or "Why she had to pull the rope when she was already climing up?".
The stupidest thing, though, is the cell phone signal. Let's forget the fact that they were in an old TV tower, which you would think should have the best signal imaginable. But fair enough, maybe that didn't work. Their main problem was to get the phone down enough so they could call help. She couldn't drow it down because it would break, aparently before sending any messages. Yet, they had A DRONE.
Yeah, movie ruined.
