Edge of Tomorrow was more faithful to the novel and manga than this.
As zombie movies go... this is a generous 3/10, one good idea wasted in a drama that didn't need to have zombies in it at all and vice versa, the setting and plot belong to two different movies.
What's next? Cannibal Tribe's Batman?
I expected nothing and still got even less than that. Go watch the 1985 version at least they got Arnie in it and Brigitte Nielsen did look and acted far better, plus no PS2 era CGI monsters in it.
I just came for the comments and I'm not disappointed. This movie is a woke downgrade, go watch the original animation and forget this even exist.
Fun watch, a bit too long but stupid fun.
