Takamine381SCGuitar - Thank you for the succinct review of the movie, looking forward to viewing it. The original is a halloween tradition for this vintage person. Thanks YTS.
It was part of my Film History class at university. So pleased to see it again. Merci Beaucoup!
I concur with GTunit and even more so. Humankind has been enslaving each other from the time they started walking on their hind legs. Every time we came across a group that lived in an area that was verdant with life that the other tribe wanted, war was waged and the losers were enslaved for their life duration. Lets all look in the mirror and see what all of us really are, the most toxic and noxious species that ever occupied the WONDERFUL AND LIFE GIVING PLANET EARTH, and with our "special lifestyle" it will be giving up the ghost. Lets hope we can get along better on Mars (sarcasm intended).
Excellent review by rmax304823, especially the last 2 paragraphs. Thank you.
frankf - If you are interested PBS did the 2 part documentary "Mark Twain" by Ken Burns. It is accurate and extremely interesting.
