The film is so intense that I had to take a break halfway through. Every scene advances the story with tension; there isn't any filler, or false hope, just increasing dread. It does get a bit disgusting at times, it's definitely not for kids. Very well done but also genuinely horrible. The film's purpose is to make you feel bad.
