Plot summary
In a single, fully-stocked hotel room on the night of the 2016 general election, two Trump supporters celebrate the unexpected results. As the night rages on, an ensemble of characters venture in and out of the room. Some match the two’s enthusiasm while others voice their terror at the prospect of the incoming president, but most struggle to find reasons to care less about the results that caused the debauched celebration occurring around them.

@ Shiniest The Democrat's reaction to Hillary's loss in 2016 is NOTHING compared to how Republicans are reacting to Trump's loss this year. Hillary conceded the day after she lost. Trump refuses to concede or even admit that he lost. He just keeps lying about the election, repeating the same lies over and over again as if its going to change reality. It won't. There was ZERO VOTOR FRAUD. His own Attorney General says so. He tried to fight the election results filing over 32 frivolous court cases claiming voter fraud but when his lawyers were asked they denied having a case based on voter fraud. Imagine that. Every single case of his got thrown out of court. Trump's supporters are so assmad that he lost they are willing start a Civil War for him over the 2020 election. They kidnapped the Governor of Michigan and they were going to kill her in a mock trial just because she enforced mask wearing. She was only trying to protect people and they wanted to kill her. If you support such an action then there is no hope for you. Joe Biden won the election fair and square. Don't like it? Tough shit. Go live in another country if you don't like how our election process works.
Wonderful, a film about how awful Trump supporters were and why it's good to hate them. I didn't have animus towards DEMs until I saw how poisonous they became after Hillary lost. And 'no,' I never voted for Trump, but the majority of people did where I live. The contempt directed at them has really soured me on the left.

@darkhusky88 - Civil war? Give me a break. Don't give me this line about how a couple hundred screwballs causing a riot is supposed to alter the political terrain - not after we endured worse rioting for months on end that were supported by Democrats. I've been reliably informed that 71% is good enough to count as "mostly peaceful." Compare the number of people at the rally preceding the storming of the Capitol to the number of people in the riot. By the left's standards it was mostly peaceful. And I love how you're posturing with all this 'tough guy' rhetoric about accepting the outcome of an election when the majority of Democrats still don't accept the 2016 election as legitimate. Are you completely incapable of making a complaint about other people doing something unless it's something you're even more guilty of doing? And for what it's worth, you entirely missed the point of my original comment - which was that when Democrats lost in 2016, they weren't satisfied with attacking politicians or even the legitimacy of the electoral process. They started attacking other ordinary Americans for voting the 'wrong way.' That is what was toxic. It was an assault on our Democracy which will require at least a generation to recover from.
