I think they blew the budget on the catering... there is certainly nothing to show for it in the script or the acting talent

The funny thing about Kick-Ass is that both the character of Kick-Ass and the actor playing him are lame beyond belief. The absolute star of this movie is Chloë Grace Moretz, playing Hit Girl and the movie is worth watching just for her.
