Plot summary
Trapped within an eerie mist, the residents of Antonio Bay have become the unwitting victims of a horrifying vengeance. One hundred years earlier, a ship carrying lepers was purposely lured onto the rocky coastline and sank, drowning all aboard. can wait to see it
I just wanted to emphasize what hairpeace and Wreybies wrote: this REALLY is one of the worst remakes ever made. And John Carpenter produced it! I mean, the man who wrote and directed the original, one of the best and scariest ghost films ever made, decided to do this to his own work. What the hell was he thinking getting involved in this mess!? Oh well, I guess this is what happens when making money becomes more important than making good films. Watch the original instead, people, forget this piece of crap. You can thank me later.
Upload the reaping 2007 please....
This is the 1 hr 40 min (100 min) cut
Just wanted to point out, seemingly like everyone else, that it's one of the worst remakes of all time.
The original did a much better job with practical effects and solid story-telling. CGI does NOT make everything better.
