@Donno69 Indeed it was, written by David Webb Peoples who also co-penned the script for Blade Runner. That said, Paul W.S. Anderson is not nearly the director Ridley Scott was. Further trivia: Alien is also in the Blade Runner universe. Weyland-Yutani is supposed to be a competitor to the Tyrell corporation, who's obsession with bringing back the Alien is tied to them not being able to produce a synthetic android as good as the Tyrell Corporation's replicants. But that's only a fan theory.
