If you think this movie is boring then you're probably brain dead.
IMO Formula 51 is a better title than "The 51st State" which makes it sound like a political movie.

This movie is hilarious. When it first came out, I avoided it because I thought it would be stupid and unfunny. Boy, was I wrong. This was one of the funniest movies I've ever seen. Left me wanting more.
