@Ballsofsteelgg when looking for the problem and solution, it feels like ALL original sources have the BigEndian/LittleEndian swap issue. That's why it fixes all three of those sources using the same encoding.

@compact32 It's likely an OVA/separate story from the main series. Looking at the trailer i don't recognize hardly anything. Might be like Demon Slayer where the 'movie' is the first 3 episodes of the next season. Or maybe it's a totally unofficial transition before the next season explaining what is going to happen in the next season. Not sure yet.
