@Doug105 Yes, every fictitious movie that may be even slightly controversial should be banned, all copies erased... Don't be silly. This was made at a different time, western culture has changed since then and although some scenes in this movie would not be made in most countries these days (I say most as some, like France, still produce the odd movie with a little 'controvertial nud!tee), that's not a good enough reason for it to be outlawed. There are worse movies that this being made these days, like 'Cuties' (what a surprise, French made...) which - although there is no on screen nud!tee - secksuall!zez youngsters far, far worse than this does... I really hate the sensor here when trying to have a civilised conversation about controversial subjets, I've had to edit this about 10 times before it would be posted!

I've never even heard of the Cree people... I thought I was at least fairly knowledgeable about the indigenous American people. :-/ Something new for me to learn about!

@LiquidSoap Why should someone have to learn English just to watch a Movie? If I had to learn the language of every foreign movie I'd ever watched I'd probably be the best paid translator on the planet!

@amgtuna Well, if western movies and TV were a guide you'd think that at least 50% of Americans (and Brits with our shows) are Black, and it's simply not an accurate representation of the actual numbers of Black people in our populations. Even more so when they make period dramas set in the 1800's-early 1900's with many Black people cast as characters that simply wouldn't have existed. No doubt people will think this comment means I'm racist, but that's not the case. If I listed all my favourite actors/actresses I think the Black would outnumber the White. Also, a movie having 'too many blacks' isn't a good enough reason not to watch it. If that were the case I'd have missed out on some great movies!
