A very weak film by Ferrara, flat, without a plot. It feels like a bad episode of Miami Vice.
Somewhat predictable, and the plot is a bit forced at times. But, what the heck, I've never seen a bad Eric Roberts movie, and this one is no exception. The monologue in "The Nature of the Beast" is one of the best I've seen.
Absurd movie. Watch it only for Madchen Amick.
nice movie... watch it before you get married
The only good thing about this film is the transformations of Bruce Willis' character The Jackal, which are absolutely unnecessary and irrelevant to the development of the film's plot.
