this film delves deeply into cause and effect within the Human condition- this time seen thru the window of three tortured souls who are African American. This film is so multilayered -it shows the invisible bond that twins share with each other as well as identical and opposite emotions and how life is seen thru their eyes- then theres the hierarchy within both sets of twins and also the mothers and that dynamic of course the main layer is the one that leads to ultra violence in moments of intense emotional states ( as it is with Humans in actual reality - the mission- we are given this revelation of sadness, strength and retribution in a style totally suited for building the plot to its climax- Kudos to the Book Writer and to all who brought this vision to the screen.

This film touched on several elements , Ancestral bloodlines, Great sins from the past and retribution. I feel this is a good film because it captures the essence of how most Blacks lost their rightfully owned property (across the entire US)property that wasn't stolen by Blacks, yet stolen from Blacks by evil people. This is a fact plain and simple. This story is about how the un necessary evil of one Yt peoples ancestors brings forth retribution evil from another peoples Black ancestors upon those targeted -ie: Yt and those who harm their Black bloodline- This is a common belief that our Black ancestors watch over and protect us, Blacks are not the only ones, the original film, poltergeist was about the same thing, Native American ancestors attacking those who disrupted their sacred burial grounds, haunted land. On that premise this film did well with its budget limitations, the film crew was on point with camera lighting and sound, the editing was well paced and carried the storyline clearly. I felt how the main character walked with troubling spirit throughout the film to its conclusion which makes sense since she has the gift of second sight yet wasn't schooled in its ways it seems- the horror in my opinion is the murders in the beginning and the retributions that eventually follow. The only flaw is see is the ending which was like a "lets just end this thing like this and be done" feeling and perhaps some facts on the screen at the end about land stealing and how it has affected Blacks would have rounded it out better. We all know theres gonna be a huge investigation and years of court drama over this- could have faded out on the cops and ambulances rolling in. I rate this film 7 because i see the vision of it and the team skillsets..

@0v3rtr0n affirmative action in films now is code for gays promoting their culture in it which is now seen in EVERYTHING-comedy horror sports drama animation and it dont matter if its ALL WHITE PEOPLE it affirmative action

I loved this film based on the title- i viewed the film from that perspective and i understood the nuances of how the many different characters portrayed carried their own particular brand of "sin" and how we are all interwoven together in expressing the spiritual= the biggest sinner of all there was the head vamp- he perverted "love and fellowship" the top two lessons we are all taught from birth to want and need and used it as his theme for destruction but they all had sin lessons they were living -all except perhaps the preacher dad or we just didnt get to see his lesser side - anyway when viewed from that perspective of spotting the sin in each character the film takes on a new meaning. I loved it.
