mjdrage

pretty good popcorn film, good all round performances though some came across as so annoying but overall a decent film

ripoff of I spit on your grave

The plot is a ripped off Disneys little mermaid. Almost all the major plot points are the same as little mermaid

emotional Hanks is a thumbs up though the action is pretty much non existance. The preview was more drama?action than the entire film and im not going to go into the many plot holes and how the ending (locational situation in terms of weather/radiation) doesnt make any sense

This was based on a sad true event off Queensland coast, Australia in 01 or 02. Pretty much everything up to them being left behind the way they were was as far as they could go with the truth and the rest is artistic licence. I agree it was a shit movie with a shit ending and for those of us that knew about the news reports about it back then, we knew the ending but it was a drawn out shit fest.
