Bad looking AI upscale. The aspect ratio wasn't even set right either. Better off with the DVDRip.
The YTS encode of this is unlikely to look very good.

One good thing about digitally-shot movies is they compress easier than film does. Lots of static scenes, boring drab colors, 2:40 aspect ratio, hardly worth collecting just watch it once and delete... all makes it the perfect type of movie to just download the >2GB encode haha
It will never get fixed. This site is the absentee landlord of release groups. There's not even a reporting button to report mistakes.
