As usual the straight white Christian man is the villain and everyone else is justified in abusing him. The lesbian couple is cute but act more like friends who kiss on the lips than actual lesbians.

All the crying about "woke" this "woke" that and nobody noticed the steel mill in the movie is named Verhoeven Steel after the director of the original Robocop? How do you guys claim to be film watchers and you miss this but cry about a lesbian?

Not great but not bad...Its a good movie to pass the time!

Another cursed object that kills people...yawn. Annabelle was much better, plus most horror movies the last 15-20 years dispel the "horror" within the first 5 minutes. Sinister was one of the few that kept me freaked throughout the movie.

@MILLISS I'm a Baby Boomer, mate, not that that matters, and this is still the least original “Horror” film I've yet seen about cursed objects. Having a lesbian, in-recovery junkie as the protagonist is likewise, not original. I'll give it an extra point for effects, minimal as they are, but it's just not a good film. 2/10

Daphne Keen is in it, so there's hope for some nice t1t shots.
