It is actually quite good
Came out, right before Vinent Gallo made Buffalo 66. Around this time he was considered marketable, a good actor and artist. I saw this when it came out, but that's too long ago, so I'll watch it again now.
This movie is a forgotten gem. Directed by keifer himself. Solid from start to finish.
Thank you !!
