@ANTI_FA: I know very well what I'm talking about, because unlike you I'm here because I'm actually interested in movies and not in trolling. So why don't you also come back to school and learn the difference between translation and adaptation and then we'll see who's ignorant here.
@Fittsaft: That's what all people who are actually interested in movies do. They write comments on movie sites to share their interest with others. But of course, you'll never know that, because you are just a pathetic incel loser living in your mom's basement, who has no interest in films whatsoever and thinks YTS is a gay dating site. Bad news for you - it's not, so do everyone a favour, log the fvck off and go look for boyfriends elsewhere, "C U N T"!
@The_last_in_line: You are really even dvmber than you appear. Read my post again and switch on your brain if you have any. "Nobody's land" is a translation. "Barren Land" is an adaptation. That's what is used when a film is given an official title in another language. If you don't know the difference, go back to school and learn it, "pinche marica".
kawada_kun is the most annoying little g@y brat on here, calling people names, acting with a classical besserwisser mentality, and trying to brag about his "film knowledge". He even puts his comments on movie blogs and sites all over the Internet using the same alias. C U N T!
@The_last_in_line: Wrong, bonehead. The official English title is Barren Land as it's correctly stated here. Learn the difference between translation and adaptation.

For anyone who thinks they are smarter than everyone else and feels the need to correct the title: don’t. The official English title of the film is Barren Land. That’s it. That’s the only correct English title. Yes, it differs from the Spanish one, and no, this is neither unusual nor incorrect. English titles of foreign films are adaptations, not translations. That is why the Miyazaki film is called Spirited Away in English, not Sen and Chihiro’s Spiriting Away: because that is the title the distributor chose for an English-speaking audience. For the same reason, this film is called Barren Land. Whether you like it or not.
