I think it's about some girl who is a step child and they have some issue and they like knives and wanted to show her parents her skill with it and they got all upset when the knife introduced itself into their bodies, calamity, scheming, L S D, pharm tech school, relapse, death by cop. yeah, sounds way better than what actually happens.
