Plot summary

A down-on-his-luck PI is hired by his old flame to investigate a murder. But while the case at first appears routine, it slowly reveals itself to be a complex interwoven web of crimes, suspects and dead bodies.

Travolta's latest On Demand/DTV movie manages to drag

Travolta's latest On Demand/DTV movie manages to drag down other prominent (or once prominent) actors with him, this time Morgan Freeman. Bad writing, poor editing, terrible direction, sub-par (and sometimes) awful acting, especially on Travolta's part just makes this a tough to sit through. Just embarrassing all around.

It's not that bad

This film tells the story of a private investigator who goes back to his hometown to investigate a case.The story is actually quite engaging and suspenseful. The fear of the king of the small town is palpable. It is much better than the rating suggests. It's not that bad at all.
