Plot summary

Following the dealings of Melbourne-based hitman Ray as seen through the eyes of his ex-neighbour and friend Max, an Italian film student. Max and his camera witness Ray's work life as it unfolds from day to day, giving an insight into a world we rarely see, and at the same time developing an unusual friendship with his subject.

People who didn't like this movie should really

People who didn't like this movie should really watch Mr. Inbetween. It's one of the greatest TV shows ever made in my opinion. Scott Ryan is so good in the role I wish he kept making show. I watched all of Mr. Inbetween years ago, and then I went back and watched The Magician because I was curious. You can tell that Mr. Inbetween was professionally made for cable networks which is why it was on FX. This movie The Magician was totally made out to be a cheap C rated movie with Scott Ryan as a hitman and he was being filmed for a documentary the entire time.

I was thinking about watching Mr. In between

I was thinking about watching Mr. In between in Hulu and reading the reviews turns out the series is a spinoff of this movie. Decided to check out the movie first. It’s a documentary of a hitman. It’s mildly entertaining but it’s not quite that good. It’s like the Blair witch project and a hitman had a baby. It’s supposed to be a comedy but it’s not funny at all ???/4 on Tubi. I actually decided not to watch the series
