Deceptive Sequel (12,421 – 01 May 2026) Mr. Simms is invited by the racist Dumass Beach, who is the wealthy administrator of private prisons, to tell stories to the Ai Patriot to train it to identify criminals. Mr. Simms tells the story "Good Golly", based on a Caucasian collector that steals a gollywog from a black museum. Then he tell the story of "The Medium", a scammer that he has the power to incorporate entities. The next, "Date Night" is the story of two friends posing as directors that have a date with two girls and learn what they are. The last story, "The Sacrifice", is about an Afro-American politician that is forced to a sacrifice. "Tales from the Hood 2" (1988) is a deceptive sequel of the 1995 cult. The plot has one goof segment, "The Medium"; "Date Night" is also an amusing vampire tale. But "The Sacrifice" is awful and "Good Golly" is silly. Fans will be very disappointed with this sequel. My vote is four. Title (Brazil): "Contos Macabros 2" ("Macabre Tales 2")

Hard to watch... This film takes a stab

Hard to watch... This film takes a stab at exploiting the theme of race relations and fails miserably. The result is a mess of painful weirdness that I wish I'd never seen.

Keith David deserved better man, the whole Emmett

Keith David deserved better man, the whole Emmett Till reenactment story still leaves a sour taste in my mouth. Other than that? The rest of the stories were a bit meh and it's set in a government science lab (???)
