A million thanks for this movie. The correct title should be The Fate of the man. Heartbreaking war drama. Soviet cinema was always kinda theater taken to movie, the way actors perform, but the script is unmatchable. Always trying to be in touch with the reality of war, the love of a father willing to do the utmost sacrifice for family and children, no matter what's needed or what it takes.
