Plot summary

The first hour gets the 3 1/2 star

The first hour gets the 3 1/2 star review. It reminded me of Saw with it's creative kills. But everyone except one was dead by that point. The last 45 minutes was trash.

First of all, this movie is great. For

First of all, this movie is great. For an 80's J-Horror it's pretty grotesque and disturbing. The opening murder was hard to watch, eye piercingly squeamish… I enjoyed the finale but what hindered it slightly because it was a bit drawn out however overall this was great! Definitely recommend it for Horror fans!

Evil Dead Trap is a Japanese slasher movie

Evil Dead Trap is a Japanese slasher movie that has serious Italian horror movie vibes. I could definitely feel the influence of Argento and Fulci in this movie. (foreverfinalgirl.com/evil-dead-trap/)
