When elderly mother Edna inexplicably vanishes, her daughter rushes to the family's decaying home, finding clues of her increasing dementia scattered around the house in her absence.
Please do yourself a favor and just don't watch it. It's awful, its boring, there is no answers to the questions the movie doesn't even ask. Plus its directed by a woman, need I say more?
@Zark_Muckerberg That's a joke right? If so it would actually be kinda funny. But if you're saying that unironically, then you're just a fuc king idiot lmao
so i just watched it. a bit of slowburn goin on. there are some creepy scene. its kindda depressing at the end. you dont like it, its fine... im not forcing you to like it.
u guys, please grow the hell up.... or better still, get some budget and make an awesome movie instead. that would be much more helpful.
im just fascinated with all these people who requested different moves on this comment box, thinking that god will answer their prayers... while they do not realize there's a search function on top of the page. seriously, they dont know how websites work.
back to this movie. i havent seen it, and im interested to see it no matter how some of us trash it. one mans treasure is another mans garbage. and it would be helpful to explain why you dont like it... you're not a baby.
I agree with most of the guys here, people (and by that I mean American audiences) who trashed on this movie have probably zero taste. This is a very nice movie about family relationships and dementia, and it never takes the viewer for a complete tool, like 98% of what passes today for a horror movie. In fact it would almost be too reductive to call this one a horror movie.
It's so funny to reads comment from people who simply want the same old shit over and over again. You didn't like this movie because it took his time and was ACTUALLY scary? Then kill yourself and shut up, this is a masterpiece.
91% critics rating at rotten tomatoes but 45% audience rating. LOL. Directors should stop with this artsy bullshit and actually make a movie for the masses.
