This is actually a very decent popcorn flick disaster movie that doesn't waste your time in only a little over 1.5h runtime. Give it a try, the critic score doesn't really do it justice IMO.

This is a very good movie. Those Mouth Offs are just just Critics who always wanted a freebie. Very suspenseful film. You have to place yourself in the Boat and think, what would you do and.where will you go? Thriller

Great FX but still not as good as the original Poseidon Adventure

Don't know why people are thinking a 2006 remake of Irwin Allen's 1972 "The Poseidon Adventure" has anything to do with "Titanic"... I gather they just are too young to know very much about films .... in any case, the original "Poseidon Adventure" was soooo much better than this version

A mediocre remake of a great film.... starring a bunch of rejects from "The Love Boat" and "Where Are They Now" ... 5 out of 10 for this.... 8 out of 10 for the original version

Another needless remake of a great film. Skip it and watch the original.
