Plot summary
In 1996 Chris Carter followed up THE X-FILES with the darker, arguably more sophisticated series MILLENNIUM, a gothic horror show that pit actor Lance Henriksen against a thousand points of darkness. The series ended abruptly in 1999, but the darkness remains. Fans yearning for Frank Black’s heroic return can revisit past nightmares and see glimpses of a hopeful future in the new feature-length documentary, MILLENNIUM AFTER THE MILLENNIUM.

I guess they were trying to drum up some renewed interest in this forgotten show after the success of the much more popular X-Files revival. I remember loving the X-Files, and finding this show kinda boring and dry. That other show was spin-off was better. The Lone...somethings, with Mulder's stoner friends.

The Lone Gunmen episode aired on March 4, 2001, was about a government conspiracy to hijack an airplane and fly it into the World Trade Center as a pretext for highly profitable, never-ending war. Millennium had episodes about the ruling class being involved in human trafficking and Luciferian ritual with a desire to bring about the End Times. More than coincidence...
