We resurrected an Egyptian frog god and meme'd a reality show host into the White House as an "F YOU" to the establishment. Good times!
Dream-like direction, loads of atmosphere, plot was derivative of Silent Hill and H.P. Lovecraft lore. Felt like watching video game cut-scenes at times, but not in a bad way; just had that spooky, detached feeling. I'd give it 6/10, it was a decent effort.
They made that Grubhub commercial into a full-length movie...?
Nothing new... a group of people get trapped on an abandoned ghost ship and try to avoid being killed. The movie poster tells the story, although despite appearances, we are not treated to the comedy stylings of Adolf Hitler. 5/10.
Legit sci-fi storytelling, intelligent and thought-provoking. The human condition subverted for other purposes. Admirers of capesh!t need not apply.
Cool, surreal, and very entertaining. A real indie film with thought-provoking ideas and aesthetic quality.
