Plot summary

This Christmas, Damian Wayne wants to be a superhero like his dad – the one and only Batman. When Damian is left home alone while Batman takes on Gotham’s worst supervillains on Christmas Eve, he stumbles upon a villainous plot to steal Christmas and leaps at the chance to save the day.

Probably the worst Christmas movie that I have

Probably the worst Christmas movie that I have ever watched in my entire life. I know it's a kids movie and all but it has literally nothing original. The two evil robbers, the kid who puts a stop to it with a gadgets of sorts. Oh my god remove this from literally everything please. Don't disrespect Damien Wayne like this dawg

Still did a better job making a Title

Still did a better job making a Title Drop than that one DC Will Smith movie. Anyway, Merry Little Batman is the second-best Bat-Christmas film I've seen behind Batman Returns. It's not great and I do have issues such as some of the character designs (Alfred's redesign to fit with the art style and James Cromwell's voice was arguably the worst offender) and maybe trying too hard to appeal to children (that, or I had different expectations when I learned that a Regular Show staff member was involved with this project) but it does have heartwarming moments, decent character development, the Joker's fun and it’s nice to see Luke Wilson's Batman being a good dad who has to learn not to coddle his son all the time. A change of pace from how aloof he can be in elsewhere. I can’t say I was the biggest fan of Batman's Amazon debut (I'd've expected that debut to be from someone more...wonderful ;) ) but this was still a good-enough Xmas adventure that doesn't exist solely to set up a TV show.
