Black & White Comedy hasn't been this good

Black & White Comedy hasn't been this good since the Marx Brothers This was somehow surprisingly a little bit better than Hundreds of Beavers for me. While I loved HoB's take on Chaplin and Keaton, it didn't have quite enough hardcore slapstick. This, on the other hand, absolutely supplied a couple of full-hearted LOLs. A lot of people say it's Lovecraftian, and yeah, I get it. But I'd say that going into this, just be prepared for a Creature from the Black Lagoon parody. Ryland Brickson Cole Tews is a real genius, no matter what. The writer of this movie went on to direct HoB. But I think they should have shared the same credits; Tews as director/actor, and Cheslik as co-writer. Tews is just so talented!
