Best B EVA!

This is such a great romp of independent, campy horror, I could watch it over and over! I highly recommend it!

Loved it!

Lady Belladonna's Tales from the Inferno is David Salcido's second installment of what I hope will be a long series of films. Tawnya Bass shines as Lady Belladonna, the host and narrator of a variety of twisted and intriguing short stories. She is never long without Addy, her faithful minion, portrayed by Donny Prosise whose great timing will leave you rolling in laughter. Salcido has made a great achievement in creating a film that is true to the first, yet stands out on its own.

Well, at least better than its predecessor...

I've watched the 2016 movie "Lady Belladonna's Night Shades" and weren't impressed, and thus I harbored no expectations to this 2018 sequel titled "Lady Belladonna's Tales from the Inferno", as I had the opportunity to watch it here in 2026. With "Lady Belladonna's Tales from the Inferno" being a horror anthology, then my expectations weren't great, as horror anthologies most often are questionable affairs, and the fact that the 2016 movie was a swing and a miss didn't help to put any icing on the cake. The segments in the anthology are of various quality and value, of course. I found that "Lady Belladonna's Tales from the Inferno" was best functioning as background noise while you opt to focus on something else entirely. The acting performances throughout the course of the anthology were fair. While "Lady Belladonna's Tales from the Inferno" was no masterpiece by any means, it was at least slightly better than its 2016 predecessor. The production value in this 2018 movie was a major step up in comparison to the 2016 movie.Hardly a movie that I would recommend horror fans to actually rush out and get to watch. Nor is it a movie that will ever return to my screen a second time.My rating of "Lady Belladonna's Tales from the Inferno" lands on a rather generous four out of ten stars.
