Plot summary
A young married woman, who lives with her blind sister-in-law, has been waiting eight years for her husband to return home. One day she is about to drown in the nearby pond when a mysterious wanderer named Amaltas rescues her, unexpectedly changing her life and putting her in a dilemma between her husband and her savior. Will she be able to restrain the force of desire or will she give in to temptation?

Turns out to be my one of the best films of the decade. Story, screenplay, acting and especially cinematography and music is the best I've ever seen. This is art at it's finest, a cinematic experience like never before. The highest form of expression is sometimes when you don't usher many words and everything is palpated by yourself as you have now been touched by this film, which rarely happens .It is a brilliant example. I don't know how to describe the feelings I had watching the film, hundreds of thoughts and emotions were just running through and I could see that the characters were too personal and too intimate. What an experience.
