After decades apart, childhood friends Nora and Hae Sung are reunited in New York for one fateful weekend as they confront notions of destiny, love, and the choices that make a life.
Love this movie from India
This film is something truly special for me. It’s romantic, yes, but not in the traditional “love story” sense. It’s about connection about what it means to know someone so deeply that even distance, language, and years can’t erase the sync between them.
Spoiler: He travels to say the things left unsaid, to see the girl he once loved. Some people aren’t destined to be together, no matter how deeply their lives remain intertwined. This movie is a bittersweet symphony by the end, it may leave a quiet weight on your heart.
The cinematography is rare and poetic muted lighting, long static shots, and a visual tone that feels like faded film photographs left in the sun. Here, it’s the scenes, the silence, and the glances that carry the emotions that the words can’t reach.
Blu-ray contains 3 audio tracks, which are main (6 channels), descriptive (2 channels) and commentary (2 channels). Judging by comments, I think they accidentally used the descriptive audio, which is for blind/visually impaired consumers.
BluRay 1080p audio is english dubbed + original korean sound track so you hear two different voices. includes descriptive narration for visually impaired for non movie scenes. But Web 1080p audio is good, only korean. just like someone who said Web 720p is also good.
