That's far more POWERFUL than hating them and desiring to murder them. I learn this. I took a radical change of mind and attitude, and view them no longer as separate from myself. I am them. They are me. So I decided to IMAGINE them kind, loving, happy, geneous, and in the fullness of time, they cannot deny it, they WILL change according to how I SEE THEM as I DESIRES THEM TO BECOME!
