A film delivering strong messages with the use of pop culture and light innocent comedy. The complexities of dealing with the loss of a mother/wife and arranged marriages finds a way through this very clever film. The younger brother is played to perfection and really steals the ‘show’.

The cinematography was INSANE! It had such a raw n present feel to it with so many beautiful shots. Loved some of the handheld camera vibes during certain scenes, added so much depth to it! The storyline was brilliant and very attention grabbing and climatic. I’d recommend this film to EVERYONE! I feel like there were so many layers to it and it was very emotionally connective. The script, cast and production were amazing. Watching this was an overall profound experience, I couldn’t say a single negative thing about it! Will definitely be rewatching it again.. and again..

What a wonderful gem of a movie. It blends humor with suspense and keeps us mindful of the magical power of music. The acting, music and cinematography conspire to make for a memorable time at the movies.
