I haven't actually seen the movie so that's why I'm not giving this a numbered rating, but just to save this movie from going any lower, I'll say this is pretty good. But WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO PATTY FERREL?! She looks even worse than FREGLEY!

Rating: 5.6/10 A disjointed entry in the series

Rating: 5.6/10 A disjointed entry in the series with recycled gags and awkward family dynamics, but with some decent moments about father-son relationships. Highlights - Relatable Struggle: Frank Heffley's efforts to connect with Greg are relatable. - Faithful Animation: Style remains true to Jeff Kinney's iconic drawings. - Sweet Resolution: Ending reinforces family loyalty over public image. Criticisms - Messy Plot: Recycles plot points from previous movies. - Unlikable Greg: Greg's selfishness and treatment of Rowley are grating. - Disjointed Pacing: Jumps between scenes without much flow. Verdict A mediocre addition to the franchise with some heartwarming moments, but feels like filler content with recycled jokes and awkward scenes.
