Plot summary

Mack is a former soldier who, after the war, moved to a town with a nuclear power plant, where nearly everybody works. Life is peaceful for him there, until a gang of mercenaries led by Ron storm the reactor and take everybody hostage, including a group of children on a school trip. Now Mack is in a race against the clock and must use his military training to defeat Ron before he puts the reactor into meltdown. Along the way he discovers Ron’s motive, which unravels a greater secret Mack’s town is hiding.

Very hard watch. Everything was terrible, from the poor acting to the painful plot line, nothing about this movie was enjoyable, not even Bruce Willis. Still don't even know what the plot was even about, it was just so appalling. Again. The acting was rough and corny. They even added stock footage.. how embarrassing.. Dont watch this movie unless you hate yourself. - ⛧

Terrible movie. The acting is atrocious and the combat scenes are laughable. They should change the film's name to Temu Under Siege.

Deadlock has a solid core concept and a

Deadlock has a solid core concept and a story that could have supported a stronger film, but the execution holds it back. Despite Bruce Willis delivering the most natural and grounded performance in the movie, the overall production feels unmistakably low-budget. Shaky camera work, uneven pacing, and awkward scene transitions disrupt the flow and undermine tension. The supporting performances are inconsistent, often marked by delayed reactions and dialogue that doesn’t feel organic. While the narrative itself is serviceable, the technical shortcomings, particularly in direction and editing, make the film feel more like a B-movie than something worthy of its lead actor’s résumé. Given Bruce Willis’s legacy and range of past roles, Deadlock is a disappointment. The story is there, but the execution never elevates it beyond its limitations.
