A film that has a lot of underlying

A film that has a lot of underlying scores of issues that relate to culture, politics and family life, it's very gory and maybe sensationalist in that appeal but it works, it shocks, it startles and at times it seems to have some black comic moments, Interesting, intriguing and very bloody.

Awesome amount of gore but the story is a bit confusing! The ending do have a moral, which is good. Still worth watching it
