This movie was so bad that is good. It was funny yet stupid. Highly recommend.

I must admit that I was not particular much fan of the 2022 movie "Bull Shark", nor the 2024 sequel "Bull Shark 2", but I still opted to watch the 2024 third movie in the franchise, as it is a shark movie after all. Sure, I expected absolutely nothing from writer and director Brett Bentman when I sat down to watch "Bull Shark 3". But I still opted to give it a fair chance.Writer Brett Bentman put together a rather bland and dull script and storyline. Nothing much of anything interesting happened.Of the cast ensemble in the movie, I was only familiar with Billy Blair and Thom Hallum. The acting performances in the movie were fair enough, though nothing outstanding to take notice of.The sharks in the movie were pretty bad. I am amazed that such questionable CGI actually gets the thumbs up and makes it to a movie. Doesn't anyone in post-production care about the fact that the sharks looked like they were discarded from a 1990s computer game for being too fake? Well, not only the sharks, but the CGI special effects in general were just hands down poor.Needless to say that the movie's cover over-sold the movie by a landslide. The cover was far more interesting than the actual movie.There was a phrase in the movie, which actually can be twisted a little bit to make it match the movie; "watch this movie and you'll regret it for the rest of your life."My rating of writer and director Brett Bentman's 2024 movie "Bull Shark 3" lands on a two out of ten stars.

You weren't expecting it to be good, were you?

Spencer Timms is once again reinstated and asked to deal with a deadly threat in the lake.Thom Hallum is back for the third and final time as Spencer Timms, a guy who just can't catch a break. Timms once again does a decent job as the film's hero; however, the film is monumentally flawed.It's essentially the same plot as the first two films; it simply wasn't enough to shock the audience with the thrilling news that there was a family of sharks. It just didn't hold up.The production values are perhaps a little sharper than in the first two, and some of the sharks looked a little less dodgy, but only just. I still like the fact that they opted for bull sharks, as they are a fascinating species, incredibly hardy and genuinely a danger to people; they just weren't well realized.Quite often with a trilogy, I'll go back to the earlier films, but there was no urge to do that here. I think this was the weakest of the three films; no more please.2/10.
