Wow the suck is huge in this film. Keystone cops run a black site and manage to lose control of everything. A group of "delta" lose control over a high level detainee who somehow knows the layout and operations of this black site. Then comes the gross insubordination by the staff and contractors. This is a solid 2/10 for the worst story line for a black site. Zero competence on the A team. This movie is terrible, completely terrible.
