Plot summary

i really enjoyed this movie. I don't have any problems listening to a movie in the original language and having subtitles... it allows to hear more nuanced original dialogue. The plot's quirky, the technobabble satirical, and it's just a fun film to watch. Yes. It's also on Netflix but for those who don't have that, this is worth downloading

Jean-Pierre Jeunet graces us with another film, after all these years: a black comedy about the technocratic, transhumanist future being constructed around us. The technology is invasive, oppressive, but the characters accept it without question, in their own self-centered and naive way, more concerned with romance and frivolity. A cautionary tale that audiences are too oblivious to understand, judging by the IMDB reviews. I rate it 7/10, a fine, fast-paced sci-fi comedy, with beautiful visuals as one would expect from Mr. Jeunet.
Netflix has the English dubbed version, it would have been nice if this was an MKV with both audio tracks so peopel could choose between French and English dubbed.
The only thing I want French is my fries...
hoping for a dubbed... Cant watch and listen to french...drives me nuts..

I LOVED this movie. So fun, and inventive.
