Plot summary
On a remote Caribbean island, Army Ranger Joe Armstrong investigates the disappearance of several marines, which leads him to The Lion, a super-criminal who has kidnapped a local scientist and mass-produced an army of mutant Ninja warriors.

People calling this bottom of the barrel do not know bad movies. Glorious 80's action nonsense fron Canon in their prime, higly recommended!
It's an 80's action film, most of which make absolutely no sense logically. For it's time, I would give it a 6.5/10.
There's "Straight to video/DVD" releases... "straight to Digital" releases... and then there's stuff like THIS.... "Straight to landfill" :) 1 out of 10

Great action movie from my childhood, I see some people don't like it and that's fine saying it needs to go straight to landfill is harsh.
