This is the problem. Police people should be well-paid, not broke and trying to get by on thieving crooks' ill-gotten gains. Corrupted cops are easily manipulated. By being well-paid, they'll be impossible to manipulated. Simple. But of course, the government refused to pay cops well, so of course they're all corrupted each other. Stupid is as stupid does. smh And because of corruption, everyone keeps killing each other, leaving orphans, widows, broken families behind, and some repeats the stupid cycles, trying to get by. So stupid. Well-paid police means they'll stick to the straight and narrow. Simple.
