12 to Midnight is a truly disappointing film

12 to Midnight is a truly disappointing film that fails on almost every level. The story is confusing and disjointed, with a werewolf concept that’s poorly executed and jumps around without purpose. The acting is flat and unconvincing, making it impossible to care about any character or moment. Even suspenseful or dramatic scenes fall flat because the cast lacks engagement. Directorially, the film feels uninspired, with no clear vision or rhythm, and the production design does nothing to elevate the weak material. The makeup and practical effects are sloppy and unconvincing, completely undermining the horror elements entirely. The pacing drags, leaving long stretches of boredom, and the dialogue feels forced and unnatural, adding to the frustration. Overall, it’s a movie that misses its mark, leaving viewers annoyed, frustrated, and bored. Even at a minimal rental price, it’s simply not worth watching.

As a Robert Bronzi (aka Chuck Bronson's twin

As a Robert Bronzi (aka Chuck Bronson's twin from anudder mudder), this one is competent in a B-movie aware of itself sort of way. Perpetual B-film side-actor Daniel Roebuck has a goofy but enjoyable turn as a 'tough cop', and the effects are middling. Ok for a rainy afternoon or pre-Halloween flick, and will get unintentional but earned laughs in its own hyping of ridiculous scenes.

12 to Midnight

Pfft. Who needs CGI. You can just get a Charles Bronson lookalike to play a vigilante cop in a movie that could past muster as a Cannon Films back in the 1980s.It starts with off duty cop Toth (Robert Bronzi) taking down two robbers who attempt to rob a convenience store. He than saves a man from throwing himself off a bridge.Toth is a drunk, his wife was brutally killed a few weeks earlier. Some months later his bosses bring him back. Another woman was savagely killed, it looks like an animal attack but someone who walks on two feet. This is a B movie with a running joke that Toth looks familiar. The special effects are naff but it is oddly endearing. It also mines information about Bronson's life.
