'To Catch A Killer' is an odd film. It starts out very interesting and then it loses momentum. However, it later delivers an incredible 3rd act! Script had so much potential, could've been excellent if it wasn't for a 25 min of on the nose social commentary. Enjoyable watch. 6/10
Amazing film, glad I gave it a chance.
Let me guess: This is one of them action movies where the protagonist is an ordinary woman with no superpowers knocking out men who weigh more than a 100 kilograms because *sHe kNowS kArAtE*!
Thank you
