I saw this film as it was one of Rush's last movies. It was a very thoughtful, moving story of a boy and his pet pelican. It is also about growing up in Australia and losing something very dear to you.....your beloved pet. This story is for the FAMILY.....one they will remember for a long time. Very well acted and very well filmed. A real pleasure to watch now...in these horrible days of pushing gays at yu with both hands.
