There is no single kind of Predator movie. It's interesting that they're expanding the set of characters. Spoilers follow. Stop reading if you don't want to see this. The main character in this movie is a young Yautja. He hasn't developed all of the skills that an older Predator would have. But... you will note that he's trying to learn how to be a better killer so he listens to alternative paths like that of the wolf; which thrives from the strength of the pack, not just one particular member. In fact, when you combine pack behavior with Predators and other species? it's a terrifying concept. One is bad enough. But a half-dozen? So, if you want to come see a Predator movie where there's only one and he's preying on a group of unsuspecting people, this has already been covered many times already. But, if you want to see something new and something which expands the Yautja universe (like me), you're in for a treat. This is a badass Predator movie, and based on its box office success, there will be a lot more made. Dan Trachtenberg has his finger on the pulse of his audience. I'm grateful that he's breathing new life into the franchise.

Caution: This movie will make you gay. Lol.

You do not make submarines out of carbon fiber. I don't care how much you like the concept. Or whether you can build it cheaper than titanium. Don't do it.
