Ok so i always believed the critics on this site.. the only reason you would watch this movie is because you think you can tolerate weird. Surely this is a fucked up movie, well not as fucked up as human centipide but very close. Everytime during the movie when you thought you understood the plot and finally start making peace with the fact that you're not stupid but the movie is senseless, shit hits the fan and there you are with more confusion and irrational moments followed by some really fucked up scenes that are surely going to haunt you for few days. Till the very end i had no clue what the movie was all about or where it was headed. The only thing i understood is, some old age home sort of place is experimenting on people with eel fluid or something and then they are juiced out until (literally), so that juice can be used by the evil doctor to bone her own daughter.. I am serious guys, thats the whole story, and yeah the evil doctor has a red skull type condition, i don't know i wasn't paying attention. So watch it on your own risk.
